Tonight we had a delicious dinner that took less than 30 minutes to make. My son loved it so much, he actually stayed sitting at the table for the duration of dinner time without us having to re-plant him in his seat. Marked on the calendar!

The fewer ingredients a recipe calls for the more enticing it is to me. When fewer ingredients results in a delectably irresistible dish, I am ear to ear with a huge satisfied smile. Since time is limited, I have a huge appreciation for simple recipes that don’t have me hung up with ten different measuring spoons and cups at once. This warm, fall inspired dish fits the bill!
Throw this chicken on top of your favorite grain (rice, quinoa, millet) and serve with broccoli on the side. You could also opt to pair this chicken with a salad for a grain free option.
